It's Beginning to Look Alot Like Christmas....

We've been decorating at Four Seasons for 2 months and it's surely been
2 crazy months. However, things are beginning to slow down and we only
have a couple of days before Christmas. As much WORK as all the decorating
can be, we all certainly do enjoy seeing some of our favorite Christmas
decorations each year. These are some of the things we love to see at
the Jarrett House at Christmas. Merry Christmas to all!
The Tigers were nestled all snug in their beds while visions of
bowl games danced in their heads......
This NYC ornament is front and center on our Santa tree
in the kitchen. A reminder of one of my favorite places, a
few of my favorite people, & the great times we've had this year!
Handpainted John Deere Tractor and Red Barn....on the
flip side, it says "Rudy Jarrett Farms".
Our Santa tree...full of Santas, Candy Canes, Lollipops
and Frosty's Hat on top... complete with Twinkling Lights and
an ornament for every dog we've had since I was born...I will
admit that there are 28. The ones still living have red ornaments
with their name on it....and
the ones that have moved on to Heaven have white ornaments
with their name as well....
What's a Christmas tree without a little Ho Ho Ho?

Our Dining Room tree. Full of reds, rusts, browns,
greens and tangerine. Just a collection of ornaments
over the years, and here are a few of my favorites.

Gold Fleur de Lis ornaments with crystals.

Hand blown finials with red velvet accents. Not real sure why I'm so in love with these, other than my love for green....but I always like to unwrap them each year. One of my favorite ornaments that I've found at Market over the years.

A handmade ornament with a picture of our church, First Baptist Church of Blakely, made by one of our favorite people, Valerie Pafford, and given to us as a gift from their family.

A replica of our Courthouse...Blakely's best feature.
A Christmas without Auburn.... ILLEGAL!
Our Auburn snowman....
New Christmas cards that we slide under the glass on our island and look at all
year long. Fun to see how everybody's grown....
A little more Auburn....
There are many things about Christmas that we love, and many more pictures I could
share, however, the main thing that we love is all of our friends and family, and all the
fun times that we've shared over this past year. We look forward to seeing many
of you in the next week, but for those of you that we won't see.....
We Wish You a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year!
